Request a quote on our website or give us a call at 786-258-6289
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve your rental items and event date.
We also require a signed contract by the individual who is financially responsible for the Rental Agreement.
The remaining balance on any invoice is due 7 days before the scheduled event. Any payments not made on time will be subject to interest charges unless otherwise.

Terms and Conditions

Any changes (reductions or additions) can be made to your order up until 7 days prior to your event delivery date.
Order reductions can not exceed more than 25% of the cost of what was originally invoiced following your deposit.
Order additions are dependent on item availability. We recommend letting us know at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

If the truck is already loaded (trucks get loaded by 12pm three days before each scheduled delivery), the client is required to pay for the entire balance. We are promising this equipment to you, and missing the opportunity to rent it to someone else. Our charges are non-negotiable.
Winds at or above 20mph are a weather hazard. In these conditions, we reserve the right to takedown or refuse installation of any items that may pose a risk to you, your guests, our staff, or a property.
No sidewalls will be installed when sustained winds are projected to reach 20 mph or more.
Renter assumes all weather-related risks involved in holding an outdoor tented event.
If the tent is set up and items are delivered to you, we do not refund any deposits for weather-related cancellations.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES DURING CONTRACTED TIME
ALL DELIVERIES WILL BE 1-3 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT SCHEDULED AT OUR DISCRETION
ANY MONEY PAID IN ADVANCE INCLUDING ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
ANY HANGING OR ATTACHING ITEMS MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO SETUP
TABLES AND CHAIRS MUST BE PROPERLY STACKED AS THEY WERE LEFT, PRIOR TO PICKUP, TO AVOID ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
Owner shall not be responsible for damage to underground installations unless specifically marked by Renter. Tents will
be erected on paved surfaces only after specific direction of Renter. Owner assumes no responsibility for the surface
damage due to normal operational activity of men and/or machine. Owner is not responsible for refilling stake holes
except upon request. Renter, at his sole expense, agrees to clear the premises of obstructions and personal property
where tents are to be erected prior to set up and take down.
If government permits are required for tent installation, the renter will be responsible for all charges and fees for such permits.
Unless Sandy Party Rental has contracted through a written agreement to obtain the necessary permits.
The tenant is responsible for locating and marking all underground utilities.
